Anaré V. Holmes is an award-winning storyteller, firefighter, and community advocate based in Atlanta. Informed by the visionary legacy of his cousin, Civil and Human Rights pioneer Bayard Rustin—-Holmes leverages strategic partnerships to bridge journalism, frontline public service, and social justice to improve the quality of life for everyday people.
His work is featured across major national platforms, including Netflix’s Instant Dream Home, RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars, and GoDaddy’s Icons of Atlanta campaign.
He is the recipient of the Ida B. Wells Best News Story Award from the National Newspaper Publishers Association, an Excellence in Trauma Care honoree from the State of Georgia and an NBC News inaugural #Pride30 List change-maker.
